I know you are probably thinking about all the Hollywood movies with colourful characters who rush around on roller blades, have elaborate graphic hack program windows and listen to Prodigy.

“Hackers” like that only exist on Fantasy Island.
The term hacker in our current social scene refers to those computer users who break into secure systems and cause general havoc. WRONG.
The guys who break through your computer security and fiddle with your files and make you swear bloody murder are actually called Crackers.
No not the doped up druggies on street corners.
