Diablo 3

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH YEAH! :D

So I received some really awesome news just yesterday about a video game sequel that I have been waiting to catch a glimpse of for ages.
The original game blew my mind and then the sequel stole much of my social life….and now the third instalment in this epic gaming franchise is burrowing its way to the surface.
What game am I talking about? Why Diablo 3 of course.
Thank you Blizzard….I do love you.

It’s time for a full on, no holds barred epic dark fantasy adventure.

The first Diablo came out many moon ago back in 1997, it saw a choice of three brave warriors conquering the ultimate evil in the cursed Village of Tristram, battling beneath its blood strew streets through a maze of catacombs and dungeons where after experiencing terror after terror you finally come face to face with Diablo himself as well as tides of his minions.
The hero eventually defeats Diablo and saves not only the village but the world as well.

Next came Diablo 2 where we find that the hero who saved the world in the first game has become corrupted by the evil of Diablo and starts to unleash hellish entities upon the world.
In this game you play a warrior who arrives in the wake of these terrible atrocities and seeks out the answers behind the dark mystery of Diablo.
Your hero battles through another mountain of demon enemies and eventually defeating Diablo’s powerful underlings Mephisto, Baal and then even the Lord of Terror himself.
Surely that is that and the evil has been vanquished from our world? No such luck I’m afraid, Diablo 3 is here and the shadow creeps across the lands once again, people once again feebly barricade their doors and turn out their lights to hide from the evils…but the evil is at home in the dark and it is coming.

Diablo 3 is thankfully based on the original “hack n slash” game model, however there has been a few changes to make the game play easier and more adrenaline packed…supposedly the game can now be played with just your mouse, although I’m sure it will be easier to use the keyboard, especially when juggling special items, health potions and mana.
I am so stoked for this game to come out, it’s going to be beautiful and extremely addictive…perhaps it’s safer if I don’t get a copy of this game because I know I won’t want to do any University work…just level up and find the BEST loot ;)

So guys prepare for the ultimate battle-fest and ladies….well expect to lose your boyfriends for a good 6 months to a year.
Diablo 3 here we come.

Wooooohoooo. Treasure hunting?! More like treasure finding :D

Duncs.

Man Diablo 1 and 2 took some quality time away from girlfriends, showering and eating! I am not usually into MMORPG, but for some reason I loved it, until people put on god mode and steal everything from you with a not so subtle lightning strike!

Great game, can’t wait to try D3
