Hi one & all.
Tshirt of the Day is upon us once again and for today’s ultra slick design we bring you DecayDesigns sad but brilliantly designed Helpless.
There’s time in our life when things just don’t go according to plan….whether it be at work or in love, things can sometimes just get the better of us.
At times we have friends and family who we can turn to who will either give us great advice to move forward or of course simply lend us a shoulder to cry on.
Of course that is a best case scenario…what if we simply have nobody to turn to, to confide in, these are times when we are truly Helpless.
It happens the world over, take unhappy homes for instance: maybe a child’s parents fight or abuse them…they are too young and afraid to be able to do anything about it so they suffer in silence.
I feel so sorry for those helpless people who can’t escape their own waking nightmares.
Its not only the young who suffer either, you always hear about lonely old people who live in their little flats alone and with nobody to help them….age is irrelevant.
Even though the subject material of this shirt is a lil sad, I can’t help but think that the little helpless character is one of the sweetest I’ve seen on Springleap….there is so much emotion in this simple little character and it exudes such an innocence that it can’t help but make me love it.
The design is also very well put together and has a nice balance between character and back ground designs that have awesome effects.
This design is sure to become a Springleap classic in the near future.
At one stage DustyRich (who won this month’s competition)and DecayDesigns were neck and neck for the win…so that should tell you how popular it was.
Helpless is a tshirt masterpiece and I can’t wait to see people running around in this well orchestrated and thought provoking design.
This one goes out to all those who feel that they have nobody to turn to.
Duncs.

wow - i really thought this one was going to win
(although i really like the winning T as well)
this is a CLASSIC
cartoonish EMO
Yeah it def hasa bit om emo energy….I always think of emo as negative energy so I left it out, but I know exactly what you are saying
hehe.
Agree that its a classic…just so well put together in my opinion.
Beautiful t-shirt, i love wearing it. The colours are so unique and the design is well though out.
