Hi one and all.
Day 2 (well second real full day) and the wall is evolving at a steady rate….today was stencil day.
Stencil day involved taking the printouts that Marina sorted for us yesterday, cutting them out and sticking them together in a properly proportioned fashion.
As many of you artsy people out there will know, stencil art is not easy and requires lots of painstaking alignment, concentration….oh and a great deal of swearing LOL.
But in the end Dave got it done, with the assistance of Marina, Vee (Daves betty) and myself of course.
It was a team effort, but the man with the plan and the stencil art power is definitely Dave.
If it was me cutting out stencils and sticking them together I probably would have ended up screaming and throwing objects across the room….yep def a good idea Dave was left to it, I like to write…not stick and cut
Nice one out there today everybody…thankies to the girls for all their help and craziness….Dave and I love crazy girls
Duncs.

Hi there one and all.
Today I thought my life was in danger, a bandit appeared in the Sea Point store and he was armed….well armed with a paint brush that is.
To my relief the bandit was none other than David who had come prepared to take on the wall outside of the store in preparation for his awesome forthcoming mural.
So far things are looking pretty good, David needed to get a nice white undercoat going in order to make himself a “ready to go” 3 x 5.5 metre canvas (that’s pretty big hey).
Well the White layer has just been completed so David has started sketching the first of the designs for the bottom of the wall, while the very beautiful Marina sorts out the stencil that we will be using for the logo itself.
This mural is going to be awesome.

Greetings everybody.
It’s up, up and away into the wild blue yonder of fashion.
Get ready everyone for the first ever fashion show in the sky…well at least for a South African airline that is.
That’s right, just when you think fashion industry couldn’t get any more high, they decide to strap get engines to themselves and blast off across South Africa in a “high fashion” extravaganza.
1time airline is the low cost airline that has made the bold move of allowing models to traipse up and down the airplane aisles, whilst donning some of the brightest and out there designs of the South African Spring Collection.
1time is working in association with Fashion TV and Distell to bring to this wicked event.
Which two fashion labels have received the honour of the first ever fashion flight in South Africa?
Strangely I wasn’t surprised in the least when I found out it would be none other than Ed Hardy and Audigier, both of whom you can totally associate with colourful, bold and unique approaches to fashion.

Hello all.
Chances are when you are asked to think about cool sunglasses one of the first brands to pop into your mind will be Oakley.
Oakley have been around for a good long time and always seem to meet the changing market with new and inventive shapes and technological enhancements.
Personally I have owned 2 pairs of Oakley thus far and have, for the most part, really enjoyed the protection and look.
Another factor I enjoy about Oakley is the fact that they experiment with their shapes, but never release a shape that doesn’t have a certain level of “lastability”.
I find that so many sunglass labels release these way out there sunnies that look good for about a season…and then just look terrible.
