So Christmas draws to a close and only one event stands between us and a fresh start in 2009, that of course being the New Years eve festivities.
While everybody goes out and has mega jols at clubs or outdoor parties, I will undoubtedly be hiding at a sedate house party somewhere….call me old and boring but after such a hectic festive season my fuel cells are seriously depleted.However for you adventurous types who are heading to big parties like Vortex then you will definitely need a new funky shirt to mack out in.

I’ve got quite a few tshirts already, so if you are thinking of something innovative to get me, go for the kindle.

For those of you in the dark, the kindle is one of the hottest selling items on amazon. It’s an eBook reader, but apparently its got a way about it, that makes it totally different from the horrible ebook readers of the past.

And i’m pretty keen to download tons of interesting stuff onto the kindle while i enjoy some clifton sun!

Yep Christmas is only a few days away and already it has produced more than 10 billion grey hairs world wide J
Christmas is a time for giving and receiving from the people you care about…and of course a stampede of returns on the 27th LOL.I guess I’m not the biggest fan of Christmas, I enjoy chilling with family and having a good munch, but every year my blood pressure goes through the roof and have to perform last minute prezzie buying missions.
I walked through Canal Walk the other day and had to try my best not to strangle slow moving humans who don’t know how to move in a crowd…*sigh*

Gate Paint

Yep the day is finally here, our gate is receiving a brand new coat of paint…and let me tell you, it was way over due.
So begins the face lift of the store gate, first we prime the sucker with red lead and then give it a lick of bright green Springleap green…surely people won’t miss our store now…neither will astronauts for that matter LOL.

Gates are seriously important, not only does it stand between me and the criminal element, but it also block those pesky unwanted door to door salesmen…GAH they can really get up my nose. Another important fact about gates is that they are the portal to your store and thus tells a potential customer a heckova lot about you.
So like in the case of our gate, I thought it was high time that the awesome stuff we had inside was reflected in the state of our gate. JTo make the gate extra Springleapy we have decided to take Yumna’s Crayon Cartridge design and put those bullets turning into crayons right across the gate.
