Up up and away!
Finally, here is a pic of the finished Rocket Turtle in all its glory.
I’m so stoked that the rocket itself turned out as well as it did, the smooth lines were always going to be a problem on that cursed wall, but the obstacle seems to have been jumped cleanly…stoked J
After much deliberation we have decided that we will take another crack at Bamboozled by Darko.
Last time I complained that the design had to be ultra small in order for all the detail to be seen.
However if you do the reverse and actually increase the size of the character it’s possible for salient features to be used.
So in other words we will take the section of his head and shoulders, so it’s possible to scope out the horns on his Samurai helmet.
Look I’m not saying that I have 100% faith in making this work…but let’s just try it out, let Dave do the sketch and then take it from there.
Worst case scenario: we pick another AMAZING design to go in its place.
TokyoGoGo is at the top of my list at the moment, I’d absolutely love to have one of his super duper designs on the wall.
I’d have to say of all TokyoGoGo’s designs the SeeWorthy is the one I want done the most.
Not just because it’s freaking beautiful and full of character, but also because the colours really work well when sitting next to good ol’ Rocket Turtle.
It’s all about complimenting the designs that are already up on the wall.
So what do u think of the “completo finito” Rocket Turtle?
Oh and what do u think of the idea of using SeeWorthy by TokyoGoGo?
I know I’m really looking forward to seeing the next designs.

I like the idea of tokyo, since like 30 tees of his have won! I bet it would look on the way with davids approach.
For sure Rashaun, Tokyo is top of my list for the next design at the mo.
Dave and I will both be in tomorrow which means we can start on the new design YIPPEEEEE.
