Cloud King

Hi there guys and girls.

One thing about working with Springleap.com is that your world suddenly becomes open to every avenue of design imaginable.
No matter where you go or who you speak to, design is lurking in your thoughts….waiting, assessing, pondering…suddenly it becomes part of a conversation that has nothing at all to do with the topic at hand.
I suppose one could say that design becomes a part of your very being… it’s the blood coursing through your veins.
Sounds like some kind of drug doesn’t it? Well maybe in some strange way it is.
Recently whilst surfing the net I came across quite a cool site called Cloud King which I think has quite a lot in common with Springleap.com

What’s Closest to Your Heart?

For the love of Fashion!Everyone knows why Springleap.com tees are the shizz nizz right? You get art on your front, clothes on your back and fashion on your side! Voila! All-round awesomeness!

The best thing about freedom of expression is that you get to say what you want and wear what you want while you say it! Being a Springleap.com t-shirt addict I’m usually sporting the latest design which is always worthy of literally being the closest thing to my heart all day!

Get creative in your Springleap.com tees, let the mad designs inspire you to take some crazy photos showing off your individuality and post them in the photo gallery.

After all that burble on freedom of expression and creativity, I’m trying to write a funky, catchy, silly Limmerick about Springleap.com… anyone got any tips, rhymes or ideas I can use?

Springleap.com loves BeeryMethod design.

I’m so excited about ‘Sacred Wild’ winning the second January t-shirt competition that I just HAVE TO share more about the designer, BeeryMethod, with you all!

                                           BeeryMethod

His name is Nick Beery and he is “le artist extraodinaire”! Looking at his profile on Springleap.com I stumbled upon a link, clicked on it and watched in anticipation. There has to be a better word to describe multi-talented, because he is way more than just that! This guy has his name on an expandable amount of artwork. His field of expertise ranges from…wait for it…photography, digital and traditional illustrations, paintings, drawings and of course, an array of design.

Still not impressed? Well, if that doesn’t make your tootsies tingle, this will.

Nick Beery is also founder of BeeryMethod (dah!). Situated in the USA, BeeryMethod is a full-service creative company, they deal in branding, copying, graphic design and marketing development. The main focus of the organisation is to give their clients an aesthetically appealing appearance and this aught to be oh-so-easy by the look of things!

To put the cherry in the cosmo Mr Beery is also quite the looker and a deep thinker. This is what he has to say about his arty imagination: “The delusional aura of my imagination is the complex momentum which keeps me vital…Whether painting in oils or mixing digital photography with traditional drawing, it is the constant investigation of innovative techniques which seems to feed my creative heart”. Inspiring stuff!

Springleap.com is absolutely ecstatic to have him involved in our competition. Congratulations on your win BeeryMethod!

Visit his site at www.beerymethod.com and let me know what you think!

Have a good one! xx Lokololly xx

P.S. If you haven’t seen the winning t-shirt design look at the previous post by Duncan.

BeeryMethod - Sacred Wild Winner

Sacred Wild

Yes sir we haaaaave a winner!

Thats right guys and girls we have found our winner for the second half of our Springleap.com competition for January.
The outcome came as a bit of a surprise to me, but only because of one small hiccup ;)
without further delay I give you BeeryMethod’s amazingly natural Sacred Wild.

Early on in the second half of the January competition a bit of an argument broke out over this stunning design and caused a bit of back and forth deliberation.
Basically the problem was that BeeryMethod had submitted this particular design to another t-shirt design competition before he had resubmitted it to Springleap.com, the problem was that the other website had not removed the design yet and so people jumped to the wrong conclusion and thought BeeryMethod was using his Sacred Wild design in two compos at the same time…which of course is a big no no.
