Good news all you Springleapers out there!
Our awesome pink eSempowenis design is almost complete…well in actual fact it IS done, however David still needs to draw a BIG pink t-shirt around the design….so it looks more like the original.
Another thing about painting the design with a t-shirt around it is that it helps the public identify that we are in fact all about t-shirts.
Well personally I’m still in two minds about the big pink t-shirt idea.
The thing is I really liked the eSempowenis design as it is, although the pink background does make it stand out nicely.
It’s a difficult situation really as it’s smart to include the t-shirt, but maybe not the most visually appealing.
But who knows maybe I’m totally off the mark and it will turn out great….I have seriously crossed all of my fingers and toes on this one.
Dave should have the pinkeSempowenis t-shirt border sorted on Monday, which would be awesome as we want to move onto the next design that we actually started aaaages ago, that being the AV Mouse design if you recall.
After those two tasks are done we can concentrate on all the smaller quicker jobs…maybe even do some work inside the store, wouldn’t that be magic
The story begins with a marriage… otherwise referred to as a ‘business partnership’ between Eric Edelstein and Eran Eyal. In May 2007 the duo conceived a concept whereby designers would receive exposure, revenue and recognition doing what they love. Nine months later, February 20, 2008, Springleap.com was born.
Even though Springleap.com has only turned one years old and is technically still in its teething stage, the past year has been filled with experiences far beyond its years.
April 2, 2008 is when Springleap.com first appeared in print media. I like to equate this experience to a first kiss… once it got a taste of the rush, it looked forward to the buzz of its next appearance! The brand has also gone through a delicate stage of puberty, evolving the retail outlet from Esquared Fashion into the Springleap.com Factory Store.
The past year of bumps, bruises, giggles and experimental learning has seen the online retail store progress out of its infancy and into toddler status.
The business has come so far in a short 365 days. Next time we blink it’ll surely be Springleap.com’s second birthday. They grow up so fast
