Hi there Springleapers.
Well another competition is under way and the candidates for this month’s compo number 1 look exceedingly cool.
These new designs are going to rock your socks off…I guarantee it 
First up I thought I’d mention TobeF who has been submitting some seriously groovy designs, none of them have been lucky enough to take the win, but perhaps this will be his month to crack that elusive first prize.
Last month TobeF had me laughing until my ribs hurt with his ultra cool design Pop Plock. His new design Rex is also really fun, yet also has a sad kinda feel to it. Well without a sucky emo feel to it 
I wish TobeF the best of luck with Rex, maybe this time you will rock it!
Next up I would like to mention a first time submitter who goes by the name Vandjo who has really WOWed me with his clever take on the thoughts of a young boy and their expansive imagination, this one is called simply Imagination.
Perhaps it’s the way that this design takes me back to my youth when I was carefree and creating imaginary friends by the dozen, which makes me like it. Then again it might just be the styling dragon design….I’m a sucker for anything dragon related.

That Day by Aid0 was a design that also perked some interest amongst the team.
The first thing thats stands out is that it’s an amazingly good sketch that has been illustrated beautifully…this shows serious RAW talent.
The biggest issue that counts against this design however is the lack of focus when it came to implementing the design.
Okok so I don’t usually bash a design that I am also complementing, but in this case I feel I have to.
Aid0 is a perfect example of a brilliant artist who has a big future with us at Springleap.com, but needs to up his skills in regards to “making his design work”. The t-shirt is a unique canvas for design, but extremely difficult to master. I have no doubt that Aid0’s new designs will be even better and take this factor into account. Watch this space people.
