Greetings one and all.
Well well well, it seems that our Pure Imagination competition closing date is upon us.
That means that all of you guys and girls out there that are rushing to submit a design in time had better seriously put foot, because today is the day.
Voting will start on the 7th of July and close on the 7th of August…which means you have a full month to get your family and friends to cause as much commotion about your design as possible. Remember it’s up to you as the designers to get the word out there and inspire, even total strangers, to vote for your super cool design.
The very lucky winners of the 2 bursaries for AAA School of Advertising will be announced on the 13th August.
I am lucky myself, because I have been privy to the fantastic designs that have come through so far. I have to say that I am quite impressed with some of the work that has been put forward.
People need to bear in mind that the submissions for this competition all come from high school kids, who have not yet experienced the deep dark waters of design.
Its awe inspiring to see our young artists put their best foot forward and attempting our Pure Imagination competition. Honestly the competition is probably the only way some of these young aspiring artists will be able to get into a school, which is as top notch as AAA School of Design.
Do you have any idea how much tuition can be at any of these specialist design schools? Well, let me tell you it’s enough to make some parents go into cardiac arrest.

So, one day left my friends. If you are in a flat spin trying to complete your design in time, I wish you the greatest of luck and to those of you who are simply waiting for voting to begin, I’ll hold thumbs for you as well…naturally. J
Never give in never surrender…design like there’s no tomorrow…or at least like there’s a mega-day end deadline. LOL.
