Greetings everyone,
As I’m writing this I feel an impulsive, life changing urge to eat the flesh off your bones. Sorry lost track of where I was. Seeing as I’m in the mood for flesh let me introduce you to my topic for this fabulous Wednesday. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a huge fan of the Zombie culture that seems to float around the world and rears its rotten, hungry head from time to time as well. Although the undead have quite literally been floating around for ages the first written record of a zombie as we know today according to Time magazine was referenced by W.B. Seabrook in The Magic Island (1929). Nothing as gory and explicit as today, but a start to an awesome mythical character that has entertained and fuelled a small but steadily growing culture the world over.
What I want to do today, with the hungry for brains Zombie vibe, is get a top ten list of the coolest, foulest and most awesomest tees you could find, create or by any other means get your hands on and create some sort of tribute list that appreciates the art in decaying flesh. It’s not the most difficult of tasks because there are just so many cool sites that dedicated their merchandise to the undead. Tsk Tsk I hear you utter. What’s five minutes out of your time? Just let me know what your favourite tee is and where it’s from, i.e. a link or submit some of your Zombie designs to our site at springleap.com. Here are some, what I thought, very cool designs that I noticed while browsing.
It’s a pity that the only zombie tee we have at the moment is 28 Smurf’s later, I’m not saying that it’s not an awesome tee it’s the fact that there is no variety. What we need is more Zombie tees here at springleap.com! There’s always a good zombie movie coming out so why don’t we get a few more zombie designs going? Unfortunately I’m not the most talented when it comes to drawing, come to think of it, I can’t draw at all.
