Greetings all.
Yesterday I revealed the Springleap.com theme competition, that will be coming up right after The Wright Stuff compo. The Ye-LOL-ow theme competition, as I already mentioned, is all about having fun and making people laugh. So what yellow concepts can you use in order to make people laugh out loud?
Seriously this competition should be really easy. The colour yellow is iconic for many reasons. I’m sure you can all personally think of something that is yellow and is also super funny.
I thought it may be a great idea to do something to inspire the yellow outta ya!
What iconic yellow concepts can I think of off the top of my head?
Hmmm. Yellow submarines I’m sure we will see in abundance.
The classic Smiley face, which has already been used on the competition banner, is also an iconic yellow.
Also there are a million yellow things that spring to mind, Yellow Pages, lemons, bananas, mellow yellow, yellow belly, yello yello, yellow peppers, sunflowers….shoo the list is pretty extensive.
Now all you have to do is think of something that can make any of these yellow concepts funny. That of course will be the tricky part. Brain storming is indeed a task and a half!
Whatever you do guys & girls, please keep the content “above board”. Nothing to naughty or offensive please. Remember this is a family competition!
So if you had grand ideas about Yellow Fever, thats cool, just be a bit clever in the way you deliver your yellow concepts.
