Robin Hood

Oh Robin Crowe, launch your arrow at the nasty sheriff!

The latest reboot in the story of Robin Hood is set to hit cinema screens this year and obviously all the projectionists are coming out of the woodworks giving their 2 cents worth on whether or not it will flop. First off please understand that this is a completely new take on the Robin Hood that we all know and love.
Ridley Scott is at the helm of what many are saying may be one of the movies of 2010. Will it be Oscar worthy? Well, it seems these days it’s difficult to make an informed decision in this department…but the proof may yet be in the proverbial pudding.

Russell Crowe plays the man, the legend Robin Hood. I’m pretty sure there are a few people out there groaning about another non-English actor playing the role of Robin Hood. You have to see it to believe it, Detroit Metal City!

Detroit Rock City (Aka: DMC) is originally a manga that features soft hearted Negishi who is really into cute Swedish-pop music. He moves from the quiet countryside to study music in Tokyo. He is very talented on guitar and finally graduates, however his dreams is shattered when he ends up playing for a Japanese death metal band. You may be wondering how such a sweet guy like Negishi could hack it as a death metal front man. Well the truth is, when Negishi puts on his wig, makeup and body armour he becomes a totally different person. When Negishi hits the stage and the fans are screaming he transforms into Johannes Krauser II, the most fearsome man in Japanese metal.
