Telana Simpson the brains behind an innovative trading movement called One Match Stick has recently joined forces with Springleap.com, a t-shirt design competition site based in Cape Town, South Africa.
What is One Matchstick?

Telana started trading in 2006 with one match stick and at this point in time she is doing her tenth trade, 375 Springleap.com t-shirts! Her last trade was for a party for 150 people.

Telana Simpson is running a project called One Matchstick and has recently joined forces with Springleap.com to challenge you in a brand new t-shirt design competition!

One Matchstick was started by Telana in 2006. Her idea was to trade one matchstick as many times as possible by building value and eventually end up with offices which she will use for mentoring a start-up entrepreneurial enterprise.
So how far has Telana already traded her matchstick up? It went from a matchstick to a pen, eventually to some cash, which she traded for a hot-air balloon ride, her ninth and last trade was a party for 150 people!
Now Telana is looking for someone to trade 375 Springleap.com t-shirts with! Visit One Matchstick for more information.

What do you think about wet t-shirt competitions?
If you’re a guy I know you’re like: “freaking yes!!!”.
I know what you’re thinking, but you can relax though, because Springleap.com ISN’T about to crowdsource the outcome of a wet t-shirt competition! Although it is a good idea! haha!
I know the American’s are big on wet t-shirt competitions, especially on the beaches. Which makes sense, because I’ve noticed that American’s aren’t a shy breed at all!
While some may be only too happy to attend a wet t-shirt competition there will always be a few who object. Then again that’s the case with most nudity issues…

Seems as though wet t-shirt competitions have come a real long way! Here’s a photo of a geisha bathing in her wet tee. Aaaah lovely, or should I say “rovery”!!!
@ The Ladies: What’s your opinion on wet t-shirt competitions? Would you ever take part in one?
@ The Gentlemen: Do you think this kind of competition is degrading? What Springleap.com tee would look best donned by a semi bare breasted female?
Peace
LOKO
There’s just something about a design with childlike illustration that gets people going. I see the designers at Springleap.com have picked that up too! Great going guys ‘n girls!
In the May 29- June 11 t-shirt competition there are plenty designs to choose from, but I personally found myself drawn to the cuter t-shirts than the hardcore t-shirts for a change.
Here’s a childlike t-shirt featured in the Springleap.com t-shirt competition

BFFL by Maryke. Hehe, this one reminds me of Paris Hilton’s new show My New BFF. It’s a reality show in which girls compete to be her best friend! What next! Haha, imagine this monkey won, poor Tinkerbell would be so upset!
What do you think of this type of illustration? Are you a fan of childlike designs?
Don’t forget to vote! The winner will be announced today at 14:40 SHARP!
